Tiffany is my co-worker (my only co-worker), so needless to say, we've spent a lot of time together. She has a daughter just about 3 months older than my Eleanor, so our commute has lots of funny kid stories, as you can imagine. Oh, and as if that weren't enough to have in common, her hubs stays home during the day with little "S" just like mine does with Elle.

Her family was so fun to photograph... they are obviously precious (hello!) and they take such joy in their daughter.

Tiffany is teaching her daughter sign-language. I thought this was too cute-- I think it's the sign for "water", which "S" L-O-V-E-D.

We went to one of my favorite spots in Waco, and hit the jackpot with the most awesome light ever. I just love this-- it looks like she is worshipping the setting sun. Well, not worshipping, but you know...

This is what happened at the end of our session-- swimming in a diaper will do that.

This past Sunday I met the two tallest people that I've ever photographed. It was like I was on a new TLC show called "Little Photographer in a Big World". It was awesome.

I love, love this family. Both BB players at Rice, and now he is the pastor of a church- plant in the Woodlands.

Little James is truly their little miracle, and a handsome one at that;)

ok, so when I post a sneak peak on the blog, I pick out a few of my absolute favs from the session-- the ones that I absolutely, positively can't let people miss. Then I edit those and post.

This session was different. My first run-through consisted of 40, yes 40, absolute favs. Seriously?! But really, gorgeoous parents, gorgeous kiddo-- the love was a' flowin', just like the sweat.

The reason this crazy post took so long (sorry, guys) was because I edited them all! What was I thinking? I just couldn't choose. If you know me at all, you know that decisiveness is not my strong suit (ie- where do you wanna go? I dunno, where do you wanna go? I don't care, where do you... you get the point).

At the end of the day (blog), this is just my explaination as to why I have a million-image sneak- peak.

Husbands/ Boyfriends/ Sig Others, TAKE NOTE! John bought Maranda the (surprise) session for their 6- year anniversary. So thoughtful!

We had a great time chasing around sweet little "J", didn't we? Hope you guys didn't smell as bad as I did afterwards!:)

My third bridal portrait session was of one of my most favorite people in the world. Sarah and Myles are fantastic people to have in life-- fun, loving, loyal. Sarah and I love to bash our husbands' (yay!!) favorite show (Lost) and gushing about ours' (So you think you can Dance-- believe it).

Their wedding was beautiful and heartfelt and perfect.

I cried like a baby. The whole time.

This week I had the pleasure of photographing one of my most sentimental subjects. Not only did little "L" give me a TON of wonderful experience in learning to be a mommy, but she was also my very first subject to be photographed with my first DSLR.

ah, this was SO MUCH FUN!! It was my first session at the beach, and we had a blast. My hubs came with me as my assistant for the day (wow, I need to get one of those!) and we got to spend a few hours with some old friends from houston and their gorgeous daughter, Grace.

you read it right. this sweet little blondie has been bethrothed to my daughter since she was in the womb. even now-- 2 years later-- "tommy t" (as jeremy and I lovingly call him and will even on their wedding day), and eleanor have similar mannerisms and personalities.

we have it all worked out... christmases, family vaca's, the works. now we just have to let nature work her magic. ;)

(If you didn't catch this earlier, we just REALLY love our really great friends krissi and matt who left us and moved to Houston, and this is our excuse to keep them around forever. we wont really make our kids get married. maybe.)

This weekend I gained my second sister-in-law in 2 weeks-- (gotta be a record)-- and I couldn't be happier. Stacey is so fun, and we had a great time with these portraits.

one of my very closest friends (since high school!!) is pregnant with her first baby, and is just crazy enough that she's not findong out the sex of her baby. i think i'm the one in the most suspense.

we had a blast shooting pictures in college station, and then we went shopping like all old girlfriends do. and to be honest, yes-- she looked THIS GOOD all day long. seriously though, she told me she's still sleeping like a rock at 34 weeks. Any mothers out there wanna strangle her? (i did).

i love you, doll.
